How to find dead or stuck pixels
Use full-screen solid colors to spot pixels that don’t match the field.
Steps
- Open the Dead Pixel Test and enter full-screen.
- Cycle through each solid color and inspect the whole screen from a normal distance.
- A dead pixel stays black on every color; a stuck pixel stays lit on one color.
- Clean the screen first so dust isn’t mistaken for a defect.
